Guaynabo Recovery Program-. Improvements to roads due to damages occurred during hurricane Irma María including management of data and documentation provided by FEMA and production and management of construction documents. Short column improvements: Short column - assisting the Structural Engineer in site visits to various schools to do a check for signs of short column, writing reports and managing the data obtained on site. Guaynabo Medical Mall-Management of the production of construction documents for several offices redesign works. Univision Headquartes- Administration of data related to FEMA documents, production and administration of construction documents related to recovery funds in the wake of hurricanes Irma and Maria. Guaynabo Public Transportation Terminal- Supervision and management of construction documents for the remodeling and redesign of the terminal. Hogar Ruth Improvements-Project Management of expansion of the facilities, including the bid process, the design process, and data management of documents to obtain funds from the CDBG-DR SIH program. Church Recovery Program under the CDBG FEMA program: Data management of the documents provided by the program, administration of construction documents. Other activities: Assembly of bid proposals: in several projects. In charge of writing the proposals and establish competitive prices that allowed the company to be granted the projects, including projects for the recovery of Authority of Public Buildings, Natural Resources Administration, among others.
